Welcome to pak77 (hereinafter referred to as "pak77", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you" or "your") and pak77 governing your access to and use of the pak77 website located at https://pak77.cam and all associated services, products, features and content provided through it (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet or otherwise accessing the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. pak77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds clearly distinguished.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, live game or other wagering market offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before a Player may withdraw funds.
• "Platform" means the pak77 website at https://pak77.cam and all associated mobile, app and API interfaces.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Player from their own financial accounts, excluding bonus credits.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion features available within the Account settings.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a Bonus amount must be bet before it may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds.

3.1 Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, to register an Account and use the Platform. pak77 strictly prohibits access by minors. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where age verification is not satisfactorily completed.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

The Platform is not intended to be used in jurisdictions where online gambling is unlawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. Residents of jurisdictions where gambling is explicitly prohibited must not register or use this Platform. pak77 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

3.3 Single Account Rule

Each Player may hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts held by the same individual, we reserve the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated winnings and withhold any bonus funds therein.

3.4 Own Identity Only

You must register using your own true and accurate personal information. Creating an Account in the name of another person, using a false identity or misrepresenting your date of birth constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address and contact number. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

4.2 Username and Password

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. pak77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep credentials secure.

4.3 Account Security Obligations

You agree to: (a) log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly on shared devices; (b) notify pak77 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised account access; (c) enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where offered. We strongly recommend using a unique, strong password not used on any other platform.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

pak77 and/or the underlying operator may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card) or passport, proof of residential address where required, and a selfie or liveness verification. All documents must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's HTTPS-secured verification portal. You must never send identity documents via unsecured channels such as email, WhatsApp or social messaging applications. Document alteration or falsification constitutes fraud and will result in permanent Account closure and potential referral to relevant authorities.

5.1 Deposit Methods

pak77 accepts deposits via the payment methods displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction. For reference, Pakistani players are familiar with digital payment infrastructure such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfer via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These are cited as examples of familiar Pakistani payment rails only. pak77 does not represent that any of these providers support or endorse gambling transactions. Availability of any payment method depends entirely on the operator's current agreements and applicable law.

5.2 Deposit Minimums and Limits

Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your Account. Deposit limits may be set by the operator, by your bank or wallet provider, or voluntarily by you through the Responsible Gambling Tools in your Account settings. pak77 strongly encourages all players to set personal deposit limits.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

To process a withdrawal, you must: (a) have completed KYC verification to the satisfaction of the operator; (b) have met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; (c) have a positive Real Money Balance equal to or greater than the minimum withdrawal threshold; and (d) not be under any active Account restriction or investigation.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

Processing times are indicative only and vary by payment method, the operator's internal compliance review process and external factors including bank processing times. pak77 does not guarantee specific processing speeds or "instant" withdrawals. E-wallet and instant payment rails typically process faster than bank transfers; cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times. No processing speed is guaranteed by pak77.

5.5 Own Account Only

You may only deposit from and withdraw to payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are prohibited. Any such transaction may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of relevant funds pending investigation.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

pak77 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses and other promotions. All promotions are subject to specific terms, which will be published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of any inconsistency between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds. Wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, excluded game contributions and validity periods will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Bonuses not wagered within their validity period are automatically forfeited without notice.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

pak77 reserves the right to withhold, void or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where we reasonably determine that a Player has: (a) opened multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; (b) used automated tools, bots or scripts to meet wagering requirements; (c) engaged in arbitrage or low-risk bet patterns designed to exploit bonus terms; or (d) otherwise attempted to abuse any promotion in bad faith.

6.4 Welcome Bonus

Where a welcome bonus is offered, it is available to new Players only, once per household, IP address and payment method. The bonus amount and any illustrative PKR figures stated in promotional materials are provided for reference only and are subject to the applicable terms at the time of claiming.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not accepted until it has been confirmed by the Platform and a unique bet reference number has been issued. In the event of a system error or technical fault during bet placement, pak77 reserves the right to void the affected transaction. You should retain confirmation of all accepted bets.

7.2 Odds and Markets

Odds are displayed in the format selected in your Account settings and are subject to change up until a bet is confirmed. pak77 reserves the right to correct any manifest pricing errors. A bet placed at a manifestly incorrect price (for example, due to a data feed error) may be voided or re-settled at the correct price at the operator's discretion.

7.3 Match and Event Voids

If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the sport-specific rules published on the Platform. Where no specific rule applies, bets on voided events will be refunded at odds of 1.0 (even money). Cricket events such as PSL matches and ICC tournaments are governed by their respective competition rules as interpreted by the Platform.

7.4 Live Betting

Live (in-play) betting carries inherent latency risks. pak77 reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time during a match, particularly around significant events such as wickets, goals or penalty shootouts. Bets placed after the relevant event has occurred but before the Platform's systems have registered it may be voided.

7.5 Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits per bet, per day and per event apply and are displayed in the Platform's betting rules section. Any winnings in excess of the stated maximum will be capped at the published limit.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or using an Account if you are under 18 years of age or below the minimum age required in your jurisdiction;
• Registering more than one Account or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or KYC verification;
• Depositing funds from a payment account not registered in your own name or obtained through fraudulent means;
• Using software, bots, scripts, AI tools or automated systems to place bets, exploit bonuses or manipulate Platform outcomes;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or any other multiplayer game;
• Engaging in matched betting or systematic bonus exploitation designed to extract value without genuine gambling risk;
• Attempting to access, interfere with or disrupt any part of the Platform's underlying systems or infrastructure;
• Using the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering or financing of any unlawful activity;
• Violating any applicable law or regulation in connection with your use of the Platform.

pak77 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to void all associated bets and bonuses and to withhold or recover any funds where fraud or abuse is suspected.

pak77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling should be a form of entertainment. It involves financial risk and can become habit-forming for some individuals. The following tools are available in your Account settings at no charge and take effect immediately upon activation:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold per day, week or month.
• Session Time Limits: Define how long a single gambling session may last before you are prompted to stop.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications showing your current session duration and net balance movement.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing, from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Contact support to activate a permanent self-exclusion. pak77 will enforce this restriction promptly.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, audio, video, data compilations, software, interface design and code — is the exclusive property of pak77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, sell, create derivative works from or otherwise exploit any Platform content without our express prior written consent.

Any feedback, suggestions or ideas you provide to pak77 regarding the Platform may be used by us freely and without obligation to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak77, its directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

pak77 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or secure access to the Platform. We shall not be liable for losses arising from system downtime, data transmission failures, third-party payment provider delays or interruptions to internet connectivity.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

pak77 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its licence, as determined by the operator from time to time.

In the event of a dispute, you should first contact pak77 customer support to seek informal resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to the operator's formal complaints procedure as described in the Help section of the Platform.

pak77 does not submit to the jurisdiction of any Pakistani court solely by reason of this Platform being accessible from Pakistan. Pakistani users are reminded that local laws may apply regardless of the governing law stated in these Terms.
